Terms of Use

These Terms of Use cover the website at zuze.app, the Zuze early-access list you can join from it, and any emails we send you. By using the site or joining the list, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. Who we are

zuze.app and the Zuze app are operated by YNP Services Inc., a corporation. Zuze is a product of YNP Services Inc. When these terms say "Zuze", "we", "us" or "our", they mean YNP Services Inc.

2. The Zuze app is being built

Zuze is an app for independent personal trainers that is being built to help with scheduling, memberships and packages, payments and client messaging. It isn't available yet. Anything the site says about the app describes what we're working on, not a finished product, and plans can change.

Joining the early-access list just means we'll email you when the app opens. It doesn't create an account, a purchase or a commitment on either side. When the app opens it will come with its own terms, which you'll be able to read before you sign up.

3. Using the website

You're welcome to read the site, share our pages and link to them. Please don't:

• use the site or its forms for anything unlawful, or to send spam;
• sign other people up without their permission, or submit fake email addresses;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk to republish it as your own.

4. The early-access list

Joining the early-access list is free. You give us your email address, and we use it to confirm you're on the list and to send the emails described in section 6.

• It's general information, not advice. Our guides and emails aren't legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Rules on things like cancellation fees, contracts and payments differ by state and country, so check that a policy fits where you work before you use it. You decide how to run your business and you're responsible for what you send to your clients.

5. Referral link

After you join the early-access list, you get a personal share link you can send to other trainers. Sharing it is optional. Signing yourself up, made-up addresses or other gaming don't count, and we may decline a referral we believe isn't genuine. Referrals don't earn cash, credit or any other payment.

6. Emails

When you join the early-access list, we email you a confirmation and, now and then, a useful note for trainers or news about the app. You can stop these any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to hello@zuze.app.

7. Our content

The site, our guides, the Zuze name and logo, and our videos belong to YNP Services Inc. or the people who licensed them to us. Apart from normal sharing of links, please don't reuse them without asking.

8. Other websites

We link to other sites, such as YouTube, Instagram and sources cited in our guides. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them; their own terms apply.

9. No warranty

The site and the guides are provided free and "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they're error-free, complete, up to date or always online.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, YNP Services Inc. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any lost profits or data, that comes from using the site or the guides. Because the site and the guides are free, our total liability for any claim about them is limited to the amount you paid us for them, if any. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the site and the app develop. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
