Effective October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information YNP Services Inc. ("Zuze", "we", "us") collects through zuze.app, why, and what you can do about it. Zuze is a product of YNP Services Inc. The short version: we collect very little, we use it to send you waitlist and early-access emails, and we don't sell your data.

1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist or early access, the form sends us:
- your email address (required, so we can email you about early access);
- the state you train in, if you choose one (optional);
- an approximate location: city, state or region, and country, estimated from your IP address. We use it to pre-fill the state box for you, and we keep it with your sign-up;
- how you found us: the page you signed up on, and a source tag if the link you followed had one (for example, a link from one of our videos or ads);
- referral details: your own share code and, if you arrived through someone's share link, their code;
- the date and time you signed up.
We don't ask for your name, phone number or any payment details.
This information is stored in a Google Sheet in our company Google Workspace account. Only we can access it.
The approximate location lookup. The page first asks our web host for an estimate based on your IP address. If that doesn't answer, your browser asks a public lookup service (get.geojs.io, or ipapi.co as a backup) directly. Those services see your IP address when this happens, under their own privacy policies. If you pick a state yourself, your choice is what we use for the state box.
2. Emails from hello@zuze.app
Waitlist and early-access emails come from hello@zuze.app, sent through Google Workspace (Gmail): a confirmation when you sign up, an occasional update on what we're building or useful note for trainers, and a message when your access to the Zuze app is ready. To stop them, reply "unsubscribe" or email hello@zuze.app. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.
3. Hosting logs
zuze.app is hosted by Netlify. Like any website host, it keeps standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs are used to run and secure the site.
4. Analytics, cookies and ads
- No analytics or tracking scripts. The site doesn't run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps or similar trackers.
- No tracking cookies. We don't set advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own site.
- Browser storage on your device. After you sign up, the page saves your email and share code in your browser's local storage, so it can show your share link if you come back. If you arrived through a share link, it also saves that link's code so the referral can be credited. This stays on your device; you can clear it with your browser's site data settings.
- Our ads. We advertise on YouTube through Google Ads. If you click one of our ads, Google measures that click on its side under Google's Privacy Policy. We don't put Google's ad tracking tags on our pages. The link just carries a source tag, which is recorded if you sign up.
5. How we use it
- to send you the waitlist and early-access emails described above;
- to see which channels bring trainers to us (the source tag and approximate location);
- to count referrals for the referral perk;
- to keep the site and forms working and protected from abuse.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We only use service providers that help us run the site and email. They handle it on our behalf: Google (Workspace: Sheets and Gmail) and Netlify (hosting). The public location services above see your IP address only when they're used as the fallback. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to send you early-access emails and updates.
8. Deleting your data and your choices
To see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email hello@zuze.app from the address you signed up with (or tell us which address it was). We'll delete your row from our sign-up sheet, stop emailing you and confirm by email, within 30 days at most. You can ask for this wherever you live.
9. The Zuze app
The Zuze app is being built and isn't available yet, so this policy covers only the website, the waitlist and our emails. When the app opens, we'll update this policy or publish a separate one explaining what the app collects, before you sign up.
10. Children
zuze.app is for personal trainers running a business. It isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
11. Security and location
We use reputable providers and keep access to our sign-up sheet limited to us. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure, though. We're based in the United States, and your information is stored there.
12. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
